Job Description:

We are looking for a Manager - People Partnersto join our people team in a 14-month contract.

You will report to the CHRO.

Your work will span many countries within EMEA and you will be responsible for the day to day management of the EMEA region. You’ll also manage the people partner in the region and help build and improve all processes e.g. employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and other HR operational projects as needed.

What your impact will be

Strategic planning: Work closely with the CHRO and senior management to understand business goals and develop HR strategies around them.Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers on employee matters, conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions and grievance handling. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.Performance Management: Partner with other global PPs (APJ and Americas) to lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development discussions. Provide coaching and support to managers on performance issues and talent development.Organizational Development: Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and develop strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement. Lead change management initiatives and support organizational restructuring efforts.Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and engagement. Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend action plans to address areas for improvement.Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of 1 x generalist, providing direction, coaching, and support, to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the HR team.HR Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

What you will bring

Human Resource experience in a senior generalist capacity, working within a complex matrix organization5+ years’ experience working with managers and leaders in a people partnering role at a high-pace companyA deep understanding and expertise of European local labor related legislationYou are good at building relationships, credibility and trust quickly in order to become a trusted advisor across the organization.You are able to discuss people challenges at all levels (e.g. retention, engagement, performance, compensation, employee relations matters) You’re hands-on, but know how to collaborate and prioritizeYou’re excited to try new approaches, do things differently, and aren’t afraid to “build as you go”

What will give you an edge:

Experience with a comprehensive HRIS system (Workday preferred) Experience building internship and mentorship programsExperience with Learning & Development initiativesExperience with systems integrations due to mergers/acquisitions Confidence manipulating data within ExcelHaving worked with other software vendors is a big plus
