As a Facilities Management Assistant you will provide facilities management support within a secondary school environment. From day to day requests from teachers and school management to delivering emergency support and carrying out building checks to keep the facilities safe.

And as a Facilities Management Assistant with Bellrock you’ll do it by

  • Acting as a point of contact for school staff, including teachers and the management team
  • We work as a team however there are times when you will be working alone. During these times you will be responsible for the facility, ensuring the safety and security procedures are implemented.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as required from time to time.

What does it take?

  • Microsoft Office skills and experience of software and inputting.
  • English and Maths standard desirable.
  • Experience working with hand tools and carrying out minor building repairs.
