The Role

The Head of Programmatic role is a senior digital leadership position within the agency. As head of this department, you will be responsible for the development and ongoing growth of the programmatic team, as well as the entire programmatic and display offering to all T&Pm clients.

This role spans across the UK, EMEA and has some global remit. You will lead and work closely with other T&Pm offices and teams to enable consistency in our programmatic offering, ensuring best practice, executional excellence and aligned operations.

This Head of Programmatic will ensure integration with other disciplines such as Reservations and Biddable to support a 360 audience led approach for clients.

Key Responsibilities

●Lead the T&Pm programmatic offering with operational processes that enable effective ways of working

●Manage and be responsible for a team of programmatic practitioners based in London, Manchester and Athens

●Be engaged with other markets to instil best practice and excellence across the network

●Liaise with GroupM on a regular basis, being part of programmatic related forums and bringing GroupM knowledge, resource and expertise to bear as and when required

●Upskill other agency teams on the T&Pm programmatic offering as well as wider industry POVs

●Drive innovation and best in class programmatic services for clients

●Build the programmatic products and instil our reputation as a leader in this field within the wider agency

Skills and Experience

●Extensive experience in all forms of Programmatic media

●Experience managing growing teams and developing people’s careers

●Ability to work collaboratively and bring ideas to bear that lead to success for the agency

●Able to build trusted and strong client relationships

●Able to inspire and motivate teams – on the ground and in other locations across the globe

●Work in an agile and efficient manner to ensure T&Pm is always at the forefront of the Programmatic landscape

●Commercially minded with an ability to recognise trading requirements for the agency
