Youwill:
  1. Ensure zerodefect due to E&E parts through early involvement ofsupplier part development process. Ensure supplier process designis able to produce required QCD requirement of SEPL and itsprevention & detection controls deployed at supplier.
  2. Ensure supplier on boarding process to seriallife monitoring process related to quality
  3. Ensure early involvement (SOR DVP etc) on timeapproval of PPAP PSW sign off APQP reviews IPTR / SPTR trialsconducted at supplier DoE FMEA SPC Process characterizationGR&R
  4. Ensure corrective &Preventive actions are taken as per defined timelines and sustained
  5. Plan & execute supplier readiness forthe new product launch

Youmust have any or a combination of any of the followingskills:
  1. BE/ B.TechElectrical and Electronics Engineering / ECE
  2. Solid knowledge & working of qualitysystems & KPI s
  3. Strong acumen forbusiness statistics & Data Analytics
  4. Experience with supplier quality managementsystems Global Standards & Processes New ProductDevelopment & Advance Quality Planning process includingPPAP.
  5. On hand experience of part developmentand approval process of electrical and electronic parts such as BCMBMS HMI VCU MCU and other parts like switches head lamp tail lamps
  6. Championing onsite supplier process auditsearly supplier involvement supplier quality & capacityimprovements
  7. Participate in program supplierselection with sourcing/commodity management / engineering toassess potential new suppliers for a specific commodity and makerecommendation for approved/preferred suppliers.
  8. Ability to influence and collaborate withothers on driving best in class quality through developingstrategic roadmaps and systemic actions to improve &sustain quality improvement plans.
  9. Qualityplanning for such parts for process variance analysis validationsupplier EOL etc deploys all past learnings to prevent recurrenceof issues
  10. Expertise in hardware andintegration with SW intern vehicle level requirements are ensured
  11. Ensuring supplier selection and approval aswell as supplier quality rating supplier corrective actions; andverification of incoming material functions.
  12. Ensuring that documentation and designcontrols are appropriate and effective for the organization.
  13. Responsible for Failure Analysis andCorrective Action Reporting System
  14. Responsiblefor investigation of formal response to all customer complaints.Daily interface with customer qualityrepresentatives.
  15. Good exposure of handling ofmeasuring equipment of electrical and electronics parts andprocess
