Role: Sr. Executive / AM Process Excellence Location: Dadar East MumbaiDepartment: OperationsReports To: VP of Operations
Job Summary: The Process Excellence Lead will focus on driving operational efficiency and process improvements across the organization. This role involves identifying opportunities for process optimization implementing best practices and ensuring that the company s operations are aligned with its strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process improvement initiatives across various departments with a focus on operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct process assessments to identify gaps inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Track and monitor the impact of process changes ensuring they meet desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with department heads to establish and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Facilitate training and workshops to educate employees on process improvement methodologies and best practices.
• Support the development of a continuous improvement culture within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering/ Business Administration or a related field; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• 35 years of experience in process improvement with a focus on operations in the real estate or luxury sector.
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and manage crossfunctional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
