Infotel UK is looking for a strategic and results-driven Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within our portfolio to ensure they align with business objectives and deliver maximum value. You will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive program success and improve delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the program from initiation to closure, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop program plans, roadmaps, and governance frameworks that align with strategic goals.
  • Coordinate cross-project activities, manage dependencies, and resolve conflicts among project teams.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure continuous communication, collaboration, and alignment.
  • Identify and manage program risks, issues, and changes while implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and report on program progression, performance metrics, and deliverables to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and methodologies to enhance project delivery quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in an IT/IS environment, with a focus on managing multiple projects.
  • String client relationship management and service delivery
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in technology or consulting sectors.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
