Package: ~£35,000 basic, dependent upon experience, with an uncapped OTE
Location: Atelier Galleries, Cheshire Oaks
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts per day (to reflect the centre's opening hours). 5 days out of 7, at least 2 weekends out of 4.
The Person:
You will be engaging, confident, tenacious and vibrant by nature.You will thrive on achieving sales targets and earning commission.You will be passionate about delivering an unparalleled client experience for all.You will be competitive, ambitious and driven to succeed.Previous experience in targeted sales roles (at least 1 year).You will inspire and motivate your team, leading by example.Previous experience in a team leadership/management role (at least 1 year)Knowledge of the art world isn’t required; we provide industry leading training.Possession of a driving licence and access to own car is essential.Our Rewards:
