Opportunity at RRG Toyota Rochdale - Customer Care Consultant

We are looking for a Customer Care Consultant to join our team at RRG Toyota Rochdale.

What are the day to day duties? Engage with customers in a professional and ensuring that the highest levels of service is provided, both in-person and over the phone. Present the vehicle features, specifications and benefits to customers through product demonstrations. Conduct test drives to allow customers to experience the vehicle. Provide accurate information on pricing, financing options, warranties and aftersales products and services. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have.

The successful candidate will receive full training and the opportunity to work with one of the most dynamic and exciting brands. You will have good quality sales experience, preferably within a dealership environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience in using computer software and CRM systems. A full driving license valid in the UK.
