We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants to join our supply staff team for the upcoming academic year. As a supply teaching assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in various primary schools, supporting teachers and students in different learning environments. We are seeking people with relevant qualifications or a minimum of 6 months experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Support individual and group learning activities.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs (SEN) or learning difficulties.
  • Prepare classroom materials and resources.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere for all students.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting.
  • Understanding of the primary school curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different school settings and work collaboratively with teaching staff.
  • A passion for supporting children's learning and development.

    All candidates registering with Teaching Tomorrow will be subject to relevant checks including Enhanced DBS and references.
