Certification Engineer- Access 360

We are seeking a talented Certification Engineer to join our team at Access 360 and ensure that our products meet all necessary certifications and regulatory requirements. As a Certification & Compliance Engineer, you will be an integral part of our production environment, focusing on, but not limited to, Fire Certification and Load Bearing compliance while also addressing broader manufacturing compliance requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in reviewing test evidence, providing guidance on manufacturing capabilities, and ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory standards.


What you'll be doing:


  • Oversee the certification process for all products, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary documentation and information for certification submissions
  • Stay informed about changes in certification requirements and proactively update internal processes to meet evolving standards
  • Conduct thorough reviews of regulatory requirements to ensure products meet all necessary compliance standards
  • Plan and execute testing and validation processes to ensure that products meet established compliance and performance criteria
  • Collaborate with product development teams to identify and address compliance-related issues during the design and development phases
  • Manage and maintain documentation related to testing procedures and outcomes
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive certification and compliance reports to regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all certification and compliance activities
  • Assist in the creation and review of product documentation to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in certification and compliance activities
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to implement improvements and drive a culture of continuous compliance excellence
