KeyResponsibilities: As the Business Development Manageryour duties willinclude:

  • Spearheading thebidding process for referrals and carepackages.
  • Managing the full salescycle from attracting prospects to onboarding clients and liaisingwith operations teams.
  • Cultivatingand sustaining longterm clientrelationships.
  • Identifying optimalcomplex care clients and analysing markettrends.
  • Developing a profoundunderstanding of clients needs and regulatoryrequirements.
  • Enhancing marketpresence through various channels including internal databasesadvertisements referrals and socialmedia.
  • Working towards and achievingsales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthlybasis.
  • Utilizing diverse salestechniques to secure deals and improve customerrelations.
  • Collaborating with seniormanagement to leverage business intelligence for growthopportunities.
  • Upholding andpromoting brand integrity withclients.
  • Driving Key Client/CustomerAccountsinitiatives.



Requirements
  • Experiencein liaising with clients on topics such as the Transforming CareAgenda and Complex Carepackages.
  • Proven track record inbusiness development.
  • A targetdrivenand resultsorientedmindset.
  • Knowledge of the supportedliving/care sector and current markettrends.
  • Strong communication andnegotiationskills.
