Cover Supervisor

Location: Maidstone

Salary: £90 - £100 per day

Start date: Immediately

Contract: Term Time

In this role, you will play an instrumental part in creating an engaging learning environment and providing valuable support to students as they strive to reach their full potential.

Primary responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:
  • Supervise classes during teacher absences, promoting a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
  • Offer guidance and support to students, assisting them in completing tasks to a high standard.
  • Address general inquiries and provide constructive feedback after cover lessons.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent approaches and support students with varying needs.
  • Contribute to student well-being and foster a nurturing ethos within the school community.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate a friendly and approachable demeanour, forming strong connections with both students and colleagues.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building meaningful relationships with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Exhibit strong organisational abilities, adaptability, and composure in a dynamic classroom setting.
