GSL Education Kent warmly invites enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors for our vibrant schools in the Maidstone region.
In this role as a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in creating an engaging learning environment and providing valuable support to students as they strive to reach their full potential. 
Primary responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:
Supervise classes during teacher absences, fostering a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
Offer guidance and support to students, assisting them in completing tasks to a high standard.
Respond to general inquiries and provide constructive feedback after cover lessons.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent approaches and support students with varying needs.
Promote student well-being and foster a nurturing ethos within the school community.
 
Requirements:
Demonstrate a friendly and approachable demeanour, fostering strong connections with both students and colleagues.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to form meaningful relationships with students from diverse backgrounds.
Exhibit strong organisational capabilities, adaptability, and composure in a dynamic classroom setting.
