Hours: Full-Time (4 on 4 off shift pattern)

We are looking for a candidate with a background in Administration and an interest in Aviation to join our Stores Team as Logistics Coordinator. As our Logistics Coordinator you will have an impact on the efficient movement of Aircraft Parts from our Stores Warehouse, and benefit from completing a BIFA (British International Freight Association) Level 2 Qualification in Imports & Exports.

Key Responsibilities:Tracking monthly transport costs, raising purchase orders and processing invoicesCoordinating training courses and business travel booking for Stores colleaguesProviding Customs clearance instructionsRegularly liaising with internal teams such as Engineering Administration and Finance
Requirements:Strong IT skills including MS OfficeExcellent communication and good general administration skills.Ideally (not essential) you will have a good understanding of Freight Forwarding and Customs Compliance.This is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting forward-thinking business. We operate scheduled leisure flights to holiday destinations in the Mediterranean, the Canary Islands and to European Leisure Cities from our 12 UK bases.
