Job Description

Job Title: Reservations Agent 

Location: St Andrews, Fife

Contract: Permanent, Full-time 

As Reservations Agent you will help contribute towards promoting and selling of Fairmont St. Andrews bedrooms and facilities.

A little bit about what you will be doing:

Take telephone enquiries for leisure room bookings (8 rooms and under) using appropriate level of efficiency and sales techniques Respond to enquiries via the website, email and letter, in a timely manner with the appropriate level of efficiency and sales techniques Have a good knowledge of the Resorts facilities – SPA, Golf and Food and Beverage outlets, in order that these facilities can be sold to the guest Assisting with the procedure for group bookings – inputting of rooming list, and group amendments Have sufficient knowledge of the packages that are available including Valentines, Easter, Christmas, New Year in order that these can be sold
Qualifications
Service focused personality Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders Previous experience within a similar role is preferred
