About The Beech House:

Sitting right in the town centre of Solihull, The Beech House is a modern and welcoming pub. It has a large open plan bar and restaurant, and a modern theatre-style kitchen with a Josper grill and wood-fired pizza oven.

The Beech House Solihull serves a seasonal, Mediterranean-inspired menu enhanced by specials carefully crafted by a team of chefs based on sustainable, quality ingredients. Traceable from farm to fork, our meat and poultry come from British farms, our eggs are free range, and our fish is responsibly sourced from suppliers approved by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC)

About You:

You will know your way around a kitchen, having worked as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef previously and be ready for your next challenge You will be passionate about food, have impeccable standards and a great team spirit You are ready to support the Head Chef with the running of the Kitchen You are ready to assist the Head Chef with leading and developing the team You are ready to assist the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef with the creation of the specials menu
