Your new company
Your new company is an owner-managed manufacturing SME based in Middlewich. Established for over 70 years, this business our true leader's within the industry they operate in.
Your new role
In your new role as Finance Manager within this highly ambitious SME, you'll head up the finance function and report directly into the Managing Director. You will take full ownership of the production of the businesses Financial and Management Accounts. You will provide financial information and support to both the Managing Director and the board. You'll also be the main point of contact for the Group's Head Office. You will have two direct reports who look after the more transactional duties. You'll also be the main point of contact for the annual audit.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or QBE working in a leadership position reporting directly into Group or the Managing Director. You'll have experience working within tight deadlines and understand the importance of hitting financial targets. Working within an international group would be beneficial, but not essential. You'll have excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to business partner with both financial and non-financial colleagues.
