The Company Overview:

Butler Rose are partnered with a fantastic business with a great long standing reputation who are looking to recruit for a newly created role of Accounts Assistant to join their team based at their site in Middlewich. The business is very financially stable and their turnover has recently grown 150% in the last few years and the group has rocketed.

Your new role as Accounts Assistants:

Reporting into an experienced Finance Director and Management Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of day-to-day financial operations such as sales and purchase ledgers and basic bookkeeping.

Key responsibilities:

  • Raising and processing all sales orders for the business
  • Processing sales invoices and sales returns on
  • Processing purchase orders and expense forms
  • Stock reconciliations
  • Reconciling the bank accounts and customer accounts
  • Reconciling the payment method movements (Klarna, Clearpay etc)
  • assisting with the resolution of any integration queries
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Working closely with individuals across the business at all levels, particularly finance colleagues and sales/marketing

The Experience & Qualifications Required:

Studying AAT or AAT qualified

Attention to detail and strong organisation skills

Intermediate Excel Skills

JD Edwards would be an advantage
