The Role

and Responsibilities: Work in a cross-functional team to manage the delivery of the product roadmap. Work alongside the PO and Tech Lead to deliver functional, user-focused digital experiences. You will have knowledge and experience of different delivery methodologies and be comfortable adjusting your style and methodology, to fit the needs of the team and product. Lead a continual planning process in a complex environment, at both a sprint and roadmap level. Utilise your delivery experience and skills to help the team deliver high quality work regularly and predictably in a fast-paced environment. Accurately report on milestone progress at a product roadmap level. Interpret your teams delivery metrics data and use this to improve processes as needed.

Skills & Experience:

Experience working in a cross-functional squad in a complex business environment. Proven experience in effectively managing stakeholders at varying levels of seniority. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Proven experience implementing & improving delivery frameworks. Experience in identifying and escalating risks and issues pre-emptively. Experience working in a regulated environment highly desirable.
