What you’ll do
Responsible for supporting project’s prioritisation, management, coaching, and mentoring of a small team of more junior Business Analysts. Responsible of having documents for all process requirements and flow prior and after automation using standardise documents Responsible for all stakeholders being well informed of the status of development requirements and scope Participates on sign-off approvals by business and/or technical staff to certify successful results of milestone deliverable(s) or phase completion, including process development and deployment Constantly liaise with process owners to raise operational improvements and brainstorm for automation ideasHow you’ll do it
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, drive for simplicity and clarity along with excellent organisational skills and time management Keen to have a deeper understanding on all processes and to improve the cohesion between the teams Plan effectively and efficiently, with an ability to adapt to changing circumstances and deliver under pressure Resiliency: be able to push forward when things are changing or not going as expected. Understands the structures of the business and the people/teams needed to leverage and achieve a resultWhat’s on offer.
