Project Co-Ordinator - Permanent Position


Vitalograph is a leading manufacturer of medical respiratory diagnostic devices and software, used in the diagnosis of respiratory disorders, and advanced high-reliability equipment and software systems used in respiratory end-point clinical drug trials. We have designed, developed and manufactured respiratory diagnostic devices, software, and consumables for healthcare professionals, for 60 years. Headquartered in the UK, Vitalograph has operations in Ireland, Germany, and the USA. 

 

Vitalograph's custom solutions and a personalised approach to Clinical Trials means we can meet a wide range of respiratory clinical study needs, with services including project and data management, clinical over-reading, training, software configuration, eCOA and site support.


Responsibilities:

The role has the following key responsibilities within Vitalograph:

 

  • Assisting Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Associate Project Manager with general study duties
  • To assist the Program Manager and (Senior) Project Manager with the monitoring for GCP compliance within centralized clinical trials
  • Assisting with reporting on study progress
  • Assisting with problem solving project issues
  • Assisting with training Monitors and Investigators
  • Writing study related documents as requested by Project Team
  • Assisting with writing, updating and printing study manuals
  • Gathering information on Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies (as required) to assist other members of Vitalograph team with sales opportunities
  • Ensuring any study related documents are filed and stored appropriately.



Requirements as a Clinical Trials Co-Ordinator:

  • Organizational skills and the ability to use project management tools
  • Previous experience in a clinical trials environment is preferred
  • Understanding of GCP*
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office applications
