CPM is currently seeking an enthusiastic part-time Sales Executive to represent renowned confectionery brands from Mars Wrigley in the Convenience channel. Our team takes pride in representing prestigious brands like Wrigley's, Maltesers, M&M's, Galaxy, and Skittles in various retailers. This position requires working 22 hours per week, spread flexibly scheduled across 3, 4 or 5 days, Monday to Friday. You will earn £15.53 per hour (£17,766.32 per year), in addition to mileage reimbursement and a £1150 annual bonus.

Ideal Location: BR1

Territory Covering: Bromley, Chislehurst, Croydon, Hither Green, Orpington, and surrounding areas

What does a typical day look like for our Sales Executives?

As a Sales Executive on the Mars Team, employed by CPM, you will visit independent stores in your local area to enhance the product range and sales of Mars and Wrigley's items in-store. You will have the privilege of working within your community, enjoying a genuinely flexible work schedule that can be tailored to your commitments and lifestyle.

This role focuses on sales, so your exceptional interpersonal skills will help you establish strong in-store relationships, enabling you to support retailers in expanding their product offerings. You will serve as the face of Mars Wrigley in your local area, and your dedication to delivering results will drive profits and sales for both the retailers and Mars Wrigley. We provide outstanding support and continuous training, positioning you as the expert in-store for Mars and Wrigley's products, which will aid you in achieving your targets. Additionally, you will aim to secure agreements to maximize the visibility of our products and promotions in-store.
