Job Details:

Working closely with business teams to turn high level concepts into low level requirements. Creation and ownership of detailed business analysis and specifications for a large project or multiple medium sized projects assigned to you. Evaluate business systems and end to end processes against user needs to formulate and document changes with relevant artefacts.  Supporting delivery of projects to agreed scope, cost, quality and time objectives. Coach and mentor Junior BAs who you work alongside in the Scrum / Project team. hybrid opportunity - reporting to either our Bexhill or London office.

Skills we would love you to have:

Extensive experience in business analytics or equivalent experience in Underwriting. Experience leading and developing teams with great organization skills as a result Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and practices. Detailed analytical abilities with a methodical approach to problem solving.

Salary – Attractive salary based on experience + car allowance (pay reviews also completed each year)
