KHR is partnered with a luxury manufacturerof bespoke products based in Dartford who is looking to add amotivated and solutions-orientated Technical Sales Administrator totheir team on a 6mftc.

The Technical SalesAdministrator will consistently provide high levels of customerservice and technical support to a range of customers via variousmeans.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Placing orders vis Sage
-Understand the processes and procedures to minimise input error andensure good customer service is given at all times
-Build sustainable relationships with customers
- Ensurecalls are answered promptly
- Liaise directly withcustomers on the phone assisting with technical issues
-Provide technical advice and solutions regarding productrange
- Manage customer complaints when theyarise
- Undertake a range of administrative duties as andwhen required

CandidateProfile

- Experience within a ContactCentre/Customer Service environment
- Excellentcommunication skills
- Self-motivated with a proactiveapproach and demonstrates a 'can do' attitude
- Anability to be able to understand technical drawings andinstructions will be of benefit
- Good MS Officeskills
