Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, setup, and breakdown.
  • Support event registration and check-in processes, ensuring a smooth experience for attendees.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including managing event activities, addressing any issues, and ensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly.
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure event requirements and expectations are met.
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of event materials, including signage, programs, and promotional items.
  • Monitor and manage event equipment and supplies, ensuring they are set up correctly and in working order.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from event participants to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain detailed records of event activities, budgets, and other relevant information.
  • Support marketing efforts related to events, including social media promotion and email campaigns.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about event procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in event management or hospitality is a plus.
  • Previous experience in event planning or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and handle event logistics effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
