Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications and systems
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Participate in Agile development methodologies for efficient software development
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in Java applications
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Java development
  • Collaborate with clients to understand and meet their software needs

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Java development with deep understanding of telecom or networking domain
  • Strong expertise in core Java programming, including multi-threading and IPC
  • Proficient in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks
  • Experience in developing cloud-native applications
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization
  • Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
