How you will make a difference

As a Mental Health Support Worker you will work across both locations and will offer people affected by mental illness the support and help they need to regain their confidence and get involved in everyday social and workplace activities. You will be working closely with service users to achieve their own personal goals and access all the support they need on their recovery journey. 

Essential skills and experience required:

  • I have transferable life/work experience to apply to this role.
  • I am a good listener, empathetic, understanding, kind, patient and willing to learn
  • I can demonstrate behaviours consistent with the values of the Charity.

If you are looking to work more flexibly bank work could be ideal for you - you may be retired, looking to do additional shifts around your current role or would like to work around your family commitments.
