About the Role:

As an IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting the school's IT systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues promptly.
  • Maintaining hardware and software systems.
  • Supporting staff and students with technical problems.
  • Installing and configuring new equipment and software.
  • Ensuring network security and efficiency.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in IT are a plus but not essential.
