Who are we lookingfor

Outgoing confident andenergetic you will be someone with experience in L&D designdelivery and business partnership who can help us to create amodern learning culture across our business and help bring learningto life for different audiences with varying needs. Youll beflexible innovative and willing to work hard but with a solidpurpose every day. You can be based anywhere in the UK but youllneed super strong WiFi to be effective Youll sometimes be workingfrom home or one of our offices or occasionally a venue somewherein the UK.

As any business in growth will askyour resilience levels will need to be high. Youll report to ourexperienced Head of L&D who will guide nurture and developyou every step of the way as you help bring their vision to life.Wed love to help you build on some of these skills but youll needto already have measurable experience of design and delivery in afastpaced organisation and must be a dab hand at deliveringengaging sessions via webinars and face to face with both small andlarge audiences

The team is fun passionate andlove what they do so youll need to show those same qualities to hitthe ground running and help them smash theirgoals.

Youll be mainly focusedon:

  • Researching adapting and embeddingmodern learning techniques across allmaterials
  • Designingdelivering and management of inhouse developmentprogrammes
  • Design anddelivery of a new leadershipprogramme
  • Helping to run agroup mentor and coachingprogramme
  • Creating fun andengaging bitesize on demandcontent
  • Making induction amemorableexperience
  • Working onbespoke learning requests from thebusiness

This role will be a hybridrole but spending most of the time either at home to deliverexciting training or in an office or venue for some of ourprograms. Well flex this around you as we grow but wed like you tospend at least 2 days per month in our office in Billericay withthe rest of the team and meet your manager outside the officeoccasionally so some travel will be involved (hell meet youhalfway)

We will support you with anystudies if you need that once youve completed your probationaryperiod but you must be highly selfmotivated as you will need tocomplete this at the same time as your busyrole.
