Due to continued growth and expansion, an exciting career opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join our team in our Argyll Arcade Boutiques, Glasgow.
We’ve got our eyes on new horizons and the opening of our newest boutique in the summer 2019, is indicative of our ambitious growth plans and will add to the already impressive presence of Chisholm Hunter and Barclay’s Diamond stores with the Argyll Arcade. Come and join the family
The Role
A Chisholm Hunter Assistant Manager is someone who is at the top of their field with a passion for luxury jewellery.
We are looking for a highly ambitious and motivated assistant manager with a proven track record of over-achieving continual year-on-year revenue growth to come on board and establish this new team. The ability and confidence to build and develop customer relationships is paramount.
This is a challenging role in which you can develop your skills, knowledge and experience to progress up our career ladder. The role of Assistant Manager is to support the Store Manager to maximise sales opportunities within the store and to ensure that our clients are delighted with our remarkable products and a memorable experience.

People Management – support your manager by holding regular 121s with the team, coaching and developing and contribute towards creating a winning environment and celebrating success Sales Floor Management – In conjunction with the store manager, ensure all basic processes are followed and the client needs are being met Stock Management - Support the Store Manager to review and analyse data to make informed decisions regarding stock and merchandising Building Long Lasting Client Relationships - taking customer care to the next level, going the extra mileWe have the highest of standards and expect this of our colleagues as a prerequisite.
