Pediatric Band 6 Nurse West London Homecare

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
  • Monitor and document patient's vital signs and medical information.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medications, and self-care techniques.

Job is in maidenhead must be able to commute from west London to maidenhead.

Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric anatomy, physiology, and developmental stages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in using electronic medical records systems.

Experience:
  • Complex care Nursing: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
  • NMC (required).
  • Driving Licence (preferred).

Ability to Commute:
  • West London (required).
