Main duties of the job
What You'll Do:
Conduct Occupational Assessments and Interventions, emphasizing relapse prevention, establishing routines, and promoting recovery. Provide Clinical Supervision to Support Staff and Activity Worker Support Staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Play a pivotal role in Discharge Planning by conducting Assessments, coordinating Interventions and ensuring a smooth transition for Patients back into the community. Group work is an important aspect of the Therapeutic Programme on all wards at Langley Green and you would have the opportunity to be part of the development and coordination of this which includes the delivery of Acute Recovery College model to support Patients in preparation for Discharge.What We Offer:
