Our services go beyond the basics. With onsite hair salons, bars, cinemas, and activities like gardening and cooking classes, we focus on promoting both physical and mental well-being. We also partner with trusted GPs, dentists, chiropodists, and dieticians to ensure the best possible care for our residents, especially those living with dementia.
The Role
We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Regional Support Manager to join our operations team In this exciting role, you'll support a portfolio of care homes, carrying out audits, driving action plans, and ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support across multiple homes in your region.
- Work closely with home managers to ensure smooth operations and top-tier care.
- Conduct regular audits and implement effective action plans.
- Balance empathy with business acumen to drive both resident satisfaction and operational success.
What We're Looking For:
- Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management.
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
- Strong experience in residential, nursing, or dementia care.
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites and lead diverse teams.
- A pragmatic, flexible approach with a passion for delivering results.
