WHAT TO EXPECT

Manufacturing Engineering is looking for you, be part of an exciting team within Final Assembly where all the action takes place. This is your chance to be part of a team of engineers, and collaboration across functions to ensure we have established compliance with the BOP to deliver processes that meet our basic minute value (BMV) and quality targets.

You will have the opportunity to provide engineering and technical support to develop, implement and maintain manufacturing production processes and associated equipment to enable efficient manufacture of current products.

This includes the creation and continuous improvement of process, all process equipment, delivery of tools, jigs & fixtures, quality problem solving, data analysis and reporting of major issues, deployment of failure mode avoidance tools, support of cross-functional teams in the resolution of those issues on projects and the tracking of resolution through to completion.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities


• Production CME Line Process Engineer for allocated area – supporting all local area activities and reviews.
• Responsibility for local area current Control Plan adherence and updates (including PFMEAs).
• Planning, developing, implementation and continuous improvement of all capable GSPAS Processes for manufacturing, including change management.
• Update of related Manufacturing Execution system data to support deployment of process for HTFB onwards - GMES, Synatec, DC tool, PV, Build card
• Quality Planning, Problem Solving and Analysis for Manufacturing.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Experience of assembly operations
• Demonstrable ability to create detailed and effective action plans
• Knowledge of and involvement in the product development phase
