As a Trainee Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting our experienced Project Managers in overseeing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with our team to ensure projects are completed within the specified timelines and budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Collaborate with Project Managers to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets

- Monitor the progress of projects and provide regular updates to the Project Manager

- Assist in coordinating construction activities, including scheduling, materials procurement, and subcontractor management

- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met

- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships

- Analyse and troubleshoot construction issues and provide timely solutions

- Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement

- Maintain project documentation and reports

 

Requirements:

 

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work well in a team

- Excellent computer skills and a willingness to learn new programs and apps

   Full driving Licence
