**Trainee Driver Co-ordinator / Administrator**

Full time - Hedge End, Southampton

**Winter hours**: 8:30am - 5:00pm

**Summer hours**: 9:00am - 5:30pm

Due to continued growth, we are now looking for an additional colleague to work within our dynamic team. You will play a vital part in onboarding new drivers and working with existing drivers, as well as supporting the team with general administration.

Your main roles & responsibilities are as follows:

- To manage and complete the administration and compliance of drivers.
- Maintenance of our driver and customer CRM database.
- Processing of paperwork.
- DVLA and Licence checks.
- Liaising with drivers, partner suppliers and clients.
- Supporting our team with general administrative tasks.

- You will be good with people with a passion for excellent customer service.
- Have a keen eye for detail.
- Be outgoing, friendly, resilient, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a hunger and enthusiasm for achieving results.
- Most importantly, you demonstrate that you have the “will” to learn, grow and succeed and we will teach the skills necessary for your future development.

**The Rewards**:

- Negotiable starting salary but circa £22,500-£25,000 per annum
