Who we're looking for
We're looking for numerate and analytical students to join our Tax division on our 2025 Summer Internship Programme.
Our Tax intern Programme is the perfect start for someone interested in learning more about a career in tax as well as being a great way to develop technical and commercial skills.
The department
Our Group Tax department supports and advises our business globally on all tax related matters and is organised into five different sub-teams: Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, Indirect Tax, Product Tax and Private Assets. With increased public interest in tax matters and ever-changing tax regulations, our work is vital.
The programme
This Programme will provide you with a unique introduction into the investment management industry and how the Tax department operates within it. You'll be given introductory training and opportunities to network with people across the business.
As an intern in the Tax department you will be introduced all kinds of taxes with a focus on the investment management industry.
You'll be encouraged to build relationships with people across the business and grow your understanding of tax in a business context.
Some of the tasks you might be involved in include:
Assisting in the completion of tax compliance obligations Analysing data and using it within tax processes Working with the business to understand the impact of tax changes Forming good working relationships with other teams and offices Communicating, explaining and escalating issues and ideas within the Group Tax team and the wider businessWhat you'll be like
