Camp America is committed to working in a way that keeps Child Protection and Safeguarding at the centre of our practices and procedures.

The Role:

Join us in our vibrant London office to support our UK marketing efforts. This position is based in-office Monday to Friday, with potential for a hybrid arrangement in subsequent years. You'll be instrumental in optimizing our digital marketing strategies using HubSpot, ensuring they are data-driven and highly effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management: Maintain and update the website, ensuring content is current and aligns with our brand messaging. Collaborate with the content team to develop new features, implement SEO best practices, and monitor website performance using analytics tools.
  • Advertising: Lead online advertising efforts, track conversions and ROI through HubSpot, and manage budgets efficiently.
  • CRM Lead: Optimize our HubSpot CRM system, analyze current setups, and enhance functionalities.
  • Campaign Analysis: Analyze email campaign results and identify areas for improvement using HubSpot's analytics tools.
  • Contact Nurturing: Develop and implement strategies within HubSpot to expand and enhance our professional network.
  • Data Analysis: Use data-driven analysis for advertising decisions, focusing on historical performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Deliver comprehensive reports on marketing performance using HubSpot analytics to guide continuous improvement.
  • Out-of-Hours Responsibilities: Participate in the Duty/Flight Emergency Cover rota and manage out-of-hours social media oversight.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the marketing industry, ideally with a focus on Gen Z engagement and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, with some experience / or keen interest in optimizing CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly with marketing data and HubSpot's analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM software.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience or interest in travel, particularly in cultural exchange and international programs.
