About the role:


 

  • Work alongside teachers and other support staff to support learning within the classroom
  • Supporting students with SEN: autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
  • Develop and implement core subject interventions to small groups of students or on a 1:1 basis
  • Support children with their academic progress and emotional wellbeing
  • Manager behaviour effectively
  • Lead the class for PPA cover, delivering pre-planned lessons set by the teacher


 

You will be part of an amazing staffing team that works collaboratively in challenging situations. You must be able to handle situations in a calm manner, bringing a positive and patient attitude.


 

The ideal candidate will be suitably qualified and have previous experience working within education. You will be working term time only, Monday - Friday, typically between the hours of 8:30am - 3:30pm (depending on the specific school).
