We are currently looking for enthusiastic and flexible Teaching Assistants to join our team on a part-time or supply basis. Job Description: As a Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Your main duties will include: Assisting in the preparation and delivery of classroom activities. Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help. Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN). Helping to manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment. Assisting with the planning and organization of school activities and events. Key Responsibilities: Support the class teacher in managing classroom activities and administrative tasks. Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts. Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEN. Help prepare and organize learning materials and resources. Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teacher. Foster a safe and encouraging learning environment for all students. Requirements: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role is preferred. A passion for working with children and supporting their educational development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are preferred but not essential.
