RG Consultancy are working with an excellent client in the Legal sector who are looking for a Legal Cashier to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The company are reputable and are keen to bring someone on board to develop and train up within the business.

You will work closely with a medium sized team, reporting into a senior legal cashier.

Duties will include:

  • Uploading and matching high volume invoices
  • Petty cash duties
  • Issue payments from client and office accounts
  • Preparation of office and client account banking
  • Posting receipt to appropriate ledgers
  • Assist with month end duties
  • Manage all internal and external accounts queries
  • Other ad-hoc duties

The successful candidate:

  • Finance/Accounting graduate
  • Experience in Accounts Payable would be an advantage but not essential
  • Experience in legal would be an advantage but not essential
