A country pub near Winchester, is seeking a chef de partie.  This much loved local pub was fully refurbished in 2023, opening with a new farm shop, café/deli and rooms above. With its 7 log burners and 40 cover outdoor courtyard the pub’s vibe is as much in season as our local produce on our menu. 

You will be joining a fabulous business where you will have huge scope to make a real impact.

Our passion is hospitality, creating a home away from home for our guests and cultivating a local community hub with the pub as the focal point.

We are looking for a real 'foodie' with high levels of seasonal understanding of running a section and manging ordering and prep sheets.

We are the much talked about Independent business, but with us, it's the real deal, no corporate investors, we are owned 100% our founder, who lives locally.

You will learn from the best and have limitless opportunities to grow and progress within THE NICI wider family.

We are genuine, kind and supportive people to work with - this is an amazing business, but it's also a demanding position, and we only hire people who we feel can uphold our values and ethos, we have worked hard to win our reputation.

Our ambitions know no bounds and we are looking to become the only choice locally and win awards to attract pub lovers from all over.

This is a business offering morning coffees and deli treats to local walkers and open until late on the weekend and you should be happy working in a busy food leadpub and able to get to and from work in this village setting outside Winchester.

This is a full time role, working across 5 days per week, with two consecutive days off per week and 28 days holiday entitlement.
