Tasks

Youare a motivated and radiant personality who is looking for thefollowing challenges:

  • You ensure ourcustomers a warm welcome from their first step in ourclinic
  • You carry out administrative tasksmanage the electronic agenda and answer telephoneenquiries.
  • You coordinate medical andcounselling issues with our doctors consultants and medicalpersonnel.
  • You are responsible forsterilization and compliance with hygieneguidelines
  • You draw blood and assist at thechairside
  • You maintain business inventory andcheck supplies equipment.
  • You are jointlyresponsible for achieving sales targets.
  • Youhandle customer complaints efficiently andcompetently.
Requirements

Whatyou bring along:

  • You have alreadygained experiencd as an HCA in an aestheticclinic.
  • Expertise in aesthetics and/ordermatology is required.
  • You have a high levelof quality awareness as well as a strong customer and serviceorientation.
  • Confidentiality towards ourpatients and their concerns is also your toppriority.
  • Personal responsibility and empathyare terms used by those around you to describeyou.
  • You have an excellent command of theEnglishlanguage.
