We are looking for a talented hospitality manager to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled and charismatic person to make their mark on the business.

The right candidate will oversee the operation of the business, take charge on the GM's days off, and create unique ways to boost sales whilst training the team towards hospitality excellence.

This is a hands-on position involving all responsibilities including greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on food and beverage items, multi-tasking food and drinks orders to a high standard, and maintaining company standard across the team. If you are able to perform well in fast-paced environments, with attention to detail, we’d like to meet you. To be a successful Assistant Manager, you should be polite with our customers and make sure they enjoy their experience with us. You should also be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with the team to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.

Requirements and skills
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar role.
  • Barista trained.
  • Good knowledge of wines, spirits and food.
  • Attentiveness and an eye for detail
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Active listening and effective communication skills
  • Team spirit with a good sense of humour
