The Assistant Housekeeping Manager Role:
The Assistant Housekeeping Manager is a key member of our Housekeeping team, responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling a shift of Housekeeping staff to ensure that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to train and develop a team to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Plan and organize Housekeeping shifts to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
- Train and develop Housekeeping staff to improve their skills and knowledge, and to promote a culture of excellence within the team.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and to promote a positive guest experience.
