KPI Care are looking for a dedicated individual with experience in complex care. 

Location: Salford
Salary: £26,925 per annum
Contracted hours: 36
Shift Pattern: Days
Contract Type: Permanent

What KPI Care are looking for:

As a support Team Leader you will be working for a well-established client focusing on dementia care and learning disabilities within Salford. Your role will be focused around respite care for clients with learning disabilities and complex health needs. You will work with a highly skilled team who are trained in complex needs, autistic spectrum conditions, behavioural support, and total communication techniques.

You will ideally have previous experience of leading a team or be ready to take the next step into your journey in working in management in care. You will have good communication skills and be very approachable.
KPI are looking for a person that take responsibility and lead/oversee the daily operational running of the service. 

You will ideally have:
- Experience within respite services
- Experience with learning disabilities
- Experience with complex behaviours
- CQC knowledge
