Foundation Personnel are seeking a skilled General Operative (Paper Controller) to join a leading construction company based in York. This company is known for its comprehensive infrastructure solutions and has a reputation for delivering high-quality projects with a focus on safety, efficiency, and innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary documentation is in place for the work gang to operate on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is in place for the work gang.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for site activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support site operations by providing necessary documentation and information.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a General Operative or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with gas site operations.
  • A valid EUSR - HSG47 certification is essential.
  • Must have EUSR SHEA Gas certification.
  • Must have Safety Critical Medical certification.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Must be able to provide 2 references.
