We are looking for an administrator who can make a difference, with good organisational skills and strong IT NW London ICB has an established LeDeR service to cover the boroughs of Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster. The Team is responsible for the smooth running of the LeDeR process; ensuring all deaths with Learning Disabilities and Autism are reviewed in a timely and effective way.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will provide effective administrative support to the Learning from lives and deaths (LeDeR) process for the NW London area, acting as the first point of contact. The post holder will be instrumental in gathering information from multiagency partners, liaising with partners involved with the LeDeR process and ensuring the service runs smoothly. The post holder will also maintain a database of cases and relevant information and assist with the collation of data and producing of reports. They will also be responsible for organising meetings and distributing relevant papers. The LeDeR service sits in the Chief Nursing Officer Directorate of NWL ICB, and it works very closely with the NWL Safeguarding Team, the Child Death Review Team and the services across the NWL Integrated Care System. There will be close relationships with the Safeguarding Partnership Boards across NW London to ensure learning is disseminated across a multiagency are strong working relationships across the Chief Nursing Officer Directorate which enables staff to be supported and developed and feel part of a wider team.

Person Specification

Knowledge training and experience

Essential

Previous administrative experience, including bookings across a complex and varied series of partner sites and venues. Good understanding of the health and social care environment. Ability to use multiple IT applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience in Effective Minute Taking Management of workload on a day-to-day basis, proactively refine related administrative procedures and act

Desirable

Further training or significant experience on administration functions, project management or supporting change processes.

Qualifications

Essential

Educated to degree in relevant subject or equivalent level of experience of working at a similar level in specialist area
