As our new Customer Service Coordinator, you will manage the receipt and completion of customer orders through the order fulfilment cycle, whilst providing support to interrelated functions including Purchasing, Planning, Transport & Distribution, Commercial and Site Administration.

Due to the international nature of this role, we ask you to be business fluent in English and Italian.

This is a fulltime, on-site role at our European Flavors & Extracts headquarters in Milton Keynes, UK.

What you’ll do: 

Your customer portfolio will consist of customers in the UK and across Europe, for whom you will source and provide information, manage enquiries and resolve queries. Some examples of these include receiving / verifying accuracy and entering customer orders, liaising with Planning and confirm delivery dates with customers. Most of the customer contacts are online and by phone, but you may be asked to travel across Europe occasionally to visit customers face-to-face To support your activities, you will generate reports for management meetings You love to be measured for your results? In this role you will take ownership of your orders, manifest transport collections and champion your OTIF completion Your aim is to reduce transport incidents. If these happen, you take ownership of resolving these timely and to the satisfaction of your customers

What you’ll bring:

To be successful in this role, we expect you to be an experienced Customer Service, Planning or Supply Chain professional with at least a secondary education.
