Engineering Workshop Manager job opportunity. They provide production maintenance and project engineering solutions and have a great reputation for high quality work.
Your new role 
You are the technical support for the workshop who fabricate bespoke project work on their premises and then bring to clients production and manufacturing sites for installation. The role will support the maintenance team, the fabrication team, technical support for clients and ensuring jobs are prioritised and completed for customers and ensure the company's high standards, and be the first point of contact amongst the team for day to day queries and ensuring projects meet client's requirements.
What you'll need to succeed 
A range of experience is required to include ability to direct people effectively, ability to manage design changes and transfer of designs to workshop or identify issues, understanding of how an engineering machine shop works and the production environment and requirements from a contractor's point of view would be valuable.
